Erin Freeman, MSW, LMSW

Erin knows that life can be really hard and scary at times: “Just like Michigan weather, everything is impermanent, and I will work with you to get through the tough times and the natural ebbs and flows of your emotions.”

Erin has training in Nature-Based Expressive Arts Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and addictions treatment. “If you are in any stage of looking at your relationship to alcohol and other drugs, I can offer you support. We can also work together on compassionate self-acceptance, on how to provide your body with the love and nourishment that you are worthy of at any size.”

Erin takes a holistic approach to reconnect clients with their intuitive selves, to get in touch with deeper, often unseen influences on each of our lives. “As the saying goes, ‘The practice is the practice.’ So come as you are, and we will work together to create an empowering experience that’s unique to you.”

Erin received her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Michigan.
