Lisa Anderson, MSW, LMSW

Lisa is committed to creating a safe, open, and empathetic environment in which clients will feel secure while navigating through life's past or present challenges. Lisa uses a variety of therapeutic techniques with adults challenged by anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and grief and loss.

Lisa has training in cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, EMDR, ACT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has additional experience as a perinatal mental health specialist, dealing with parenting and pregnancy-related issues.

Her master's in social work degree is from University of Michigan.
