Lauren begins every therapeutic relationship with curiosity and an open heart.
“Starting therapy is a brave step towards healing and empowerment. I will work with you to create a safe space to unpack the hard things you’ve been carrying through life. It is an honor to accompany you on your healing journey.”
Lauren is a Citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, teaches community-based suicide prevention, and has experience working with Indigenous and marginalized women.
She is committed to honoring each person’s unique values and beliefs and uses a variety of evidence-based approaches as tools in a strengths-based approach. “I love working with clients to help them realize what matters to them, find hope for the future, and learn to build the life they want to live,” she says.
Lauren has a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Washington and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
