Ebony has always been curious about how personal beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, and backgrounds impact people. “Life has many layers. It’s complicated and challenging. It can be difficult to process and work through it all.”
Her approach is to see the whole person and see how it all interacts with your mental health. “Has your life been influenced by behaviors, family, friends, home, school, society and/or work? I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental, space for us to discover together.”
Ebony has experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, anger, and complicated situations. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques including trauma-informed care. “I will meet you where you are in your life, while providing an empathetic, patient, and supportive environment. I am pleased to work with you through your brave vulnerability, while you process, heal and empower yourself to become better.”
Ebony has a Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University.
